I had something similar when I was in my teens and twenties. I used to LD naturally quite often, about as many times as you mentioned. I'd be walking around somewhere irl and look at something and think 'hey, I saw this exact same thing in a dream'. This usually happened at places I had never been to before.

I think that precognition might be possible, although the rational explanation would be you dream about all sorts of probabilities and new places, so you're bound to go someplace new that looks similar to a dream you had.

I did come to the conclusion though that deja-vu is simply seeing something you dreamed about but you weren't able to remember the dream as it happened.
