There was a kid who apparently had some mental problems that the host kicked out of his party. We were out front smoking cigarettes when it happened. The shamed kid apparently lived right across the street, because he walked in and came back out with a SAMURAI SWORD, screaming and waving it around. There were about fifteen of us outside, and we all run inside. He comes up the stairs screaming gibberish and slices down straight into the door. About a foot of the sword goes all the way. The girls scream and the guys let out "holy shit"s. He's having a hard time pulling the sword out. A quick on his feet friend of mine grabs a textbook off the coffee table and hits the tip of the sword toward the floor. It was a small stoop and the kid lost his balance and fell on his ass down the stairs. Right then the host comes out of the basement with a shotgun. He opens his door and lets off a couple blasts into the air. The ninja goes running onto the night. I left over the back fence. I didn't even know the host and gunfire was a little heavy for my blood.
My roommate didn't leave though. The party dwindled to maybe a couple dozen people pretty quick. They heard and saw cops roll onto the street, so they turned off the lights and hid in the basement because 20 year olds are morons. The cops ended up going seal team six on the house and arresting the host. I heard the samurai jack didn't show up for a couple days but didn't get in trouble bc he was off his meds or something.
I was also at a huge party where a gang showed up who wanted to fight the host. He had an expensive shiny tonka looking fast and furious car parked out front. Maybe a dozen kids screaming for him to come outside. He had a pool table which the balls had somehow made their way outside. They went to town on this poor guy's car with those billiard balls while he sat on the couch listening with his head in his hands. I don't know what this guy did, but there was no way he could have gone outside. They would have murdered him.
Fucking Reno, man. That place was the wild west.
