What is the creepiest thing to happen to you at work?

Strap your self the fuck in. My first month working a job in az, someone decided to play a "prank" on me by telling me the building was haunted. There were stories of late night workers that heard weird things like printers running, fridges and doors closing, people talking loudly etc. Turns out these stories were all true. The last day of my first week, I was working graveyard and I heard a noise coming from the printer room. Didn't think anything of it.

The second week I heard the same noise so i went to check it out. No big deal, just some financial documents printing late at night. I asked my boss how many people were working that shift and it was 3. The other two worked in a different part of the building and didn't have access to the printer. Ok, stuck job, no big deal.

The third week I thought someone had broken in to the building. I heard glass shatter and called the cops. They urged me to see what what was happening but after searching the whole floor, nothing was broken and no alarms were tripped. I was scared.

The last week of that month, I heard glass shatter again. While on my way to check it out, I passed by the printer room and as soon as I did, it kicked on. It spat out solid black pages until I cancelled the job. When I checked the queue, there were no jobs before 4 hours prior. I went closer to where I thought the broken glass had occurred and got a chill. The room felt abnormally cold and at this point, i freaked out and started heading back to my desk. As soon as I looked up in the middle of this hallway, I saw a dark, shadowy figure standing at the end of it, near my desk. I immediately left through the break room close by and didn't come back for two weeks. All of the security footage was scrambled during these events and this story went unexplained. I ended up coming back and continuing my job there for 4 years without another incident. Weirdest shit
