I will be graduating in February. And the degree program is irrelevant.
Pros Program Pace. Flexibility.
Cons
Outdated: Many of the curriculum parts are reasonably up to date but some of the design methods and rules they give you are outdated and rundown.
Mediocre feedback. Most of the grades are given out based on completion of assignment and checkpoints and no real evaluation of design principles and quality of world.
Mediocre students. Most students work are subpar and could not compete with graduates of elite design schools much less too professionals.
What will I do with the degree? Nothing, really. A few years ago I flunked my previous University due to apathy and depression and wanted a fresh start. I now graduate with a 3.9 almost perfect 4.0 but that was solely to get me to my dream school.
Full Sail in my opinion, is not competitive enough. And the degree itself is useless so make certain that regardless of the degree program you are in, you are not going to Full Sail with expectations that it would add any value to you outside of the value you assume for your own work and skill levels.
