What is the "Delete System 32" trolling of other professions?

I'm in Norway. While we do have excellent welfare over all, it's still like pulling teeth to get an answer out of anyone involved in the system(Nav).

I work in health care as a paperwork slave. Having worked here a long time I'm a well-loved and skilled paperwork slave, but new treatment providers sometimes forget they work with humans, see a woman with a bunch of files and think "my new secretary!" Then they get rude with me when I explain that I have an actual job description that doesn't have them in it. If they don't drop it there I will drop them off a metaphorical cliff made out of patient request forms, discrepancy notes, journal entries and legalese. All the while being sickly sweet and "helpful". Then when after a few days when they circle back to me for advice on the mounting garbage pile of things on their desk, I tell them to call 55553336 and to ask them about the forms. These are all legally the treatment providers responsibility to take care of, but a well working hospital/practice has a team of people curling style scrubbing the floor around the providers. They forget, or get lazy, and don't notice after a while that we all hold their hands already. Then they call the biggest legal beast Nav, throw around credentials and get nowhere because they can't think legal for shit. Usually they leave early that day.

I'm not evil. I actually file everything the patient needs on time. I just don't tell the doctor until he thinks he fucked it up on his watch.
