What did you think was easy to do until you actually tried it?

Wow it must be so hard being perfect like you. You're the worst kind of person. Want to know what causes my clinical depression, ptsd, GAD, and recurring nightmares? I was molested from the time I was an infant until around 11 years old by my babysitters son, soon followed by my therapist and the adults he'd invite over for group sessions to molest me.

I've been in five car accidents in three years, only one of which was my fault. They were so traumatic I have ptsd from them. I'm also a disabled USMC veteran, and my disabilities cause me great grief and anxiety. Because of them, I haven't been able to work in ten years. The pain is crippling and unlike anything else.

Don't tell me changing my diet and exercising more will cure my mental illnesses, they won't. Otherwise they would've been gone years ago.

That's the kind of hopelessness and despair one has that starts getting them to the point of seriously considering committing suicide. I should know, I was one of them. Don't assume you have all of the answer to life's problems. Maybe what worked for you is great, FOR YOU. Not for everyone else. Don't fall off your high horse.
