What did a 'friend' do that made you realise they weren't actually your friend?

I recently had surgery on a Thursday. My best friend was supposed to help me move a table 1 block away on Saturday. I rented an office and needed to put my desk there to start working.

She dropped some acid on that Friday and ghosted me for 48 hours.

It's been 2 weeks since and there is a big unspoken rift. I've done so much for her and I've always been there for her no matter what. We've been friends for over 15 years and this selfish thing was the straw to break the camel's back.

It really opened my eyes to the nature of our friendship and I see she only takes and doesn't give and that's why we worked for so long.

Now she wants to just casually stroll in after having essentially fucked me in my time of need and pretend nothing has happened.

It hurts. It hurts so much I can't even talk to her about it. I waited for her all day. Never again.
