What did you learn from your last unsuccessful relationship?

Quite a handful since it's been a couple weeks since my first breakup. I was in a great place in my life so I figured it would be a good time to maybe get in a relationship. Met a girl and funny enough it was her first relationship too. Despite having a ton of fun and having good communication we realized that relationships are a lot of work. So much so that we both needed to be on board to make time for each other. Being young and in college makes commitments a scary constraint. When one isn't willing to work out the differences, do not go out of your way to balance it if it's becoming a habit. She's a great person and I hope to be friends in the future but never settle in a lopsided relationship. Also heartbreak by far is one of the worst feelings on earth but I know I'll heal in time.
