He was annoyed that we did anything. He was a down stairs neighbor. We generally tried to keep it quiet and walk lightly as to not be rude but he didn't see it that way. He yelled through the floor at all hours whenever we did anything. Creak the floor, yell, alarm clock, yell, tv, yell, shower, yell, toilet, yell. He also would slam his cieling somehow, I have no idea how to make noise I'm assuming, in an attempt to annoy us. One time was so bad, while my GF was in the shower, he was yelling profanities and slamming the cieling, this was at 7am. He ended up making her scared of living here, me as well. I called the landlord and he basically did nothing and gave the guy my number so we could figure the shit out. I immediately blocked his number and went and knocked on his door. He didn't answer the door. It's worth because I'd wave and say hi, he acted mostly normal. I'm pretty sure he had some mental ailment. Either way he is gone now and we still live here.
