From the other side, things my husband has apologized for in the last 24 hours:

• I asked if we could go to bed before midnight.

• The drink I ordered at a restaurant wasn't well made.

• I rolled over in bed because it was too hot to cuddle.

• The music was loud at the restaurant and I asked him to repeat himself.

• The dog was stinky.

• The fat cat tried to steal the other cat's food.

Things I was actually upset at my husband for:

• Apologizing incessantly for things that were obviously not his fault to the point where it halts all conversation.

Seriously, just because something is suboptimal in my life does NOT mean that I am upset with anyone for it.
