What does the "average man's" standards look like? And the "average woman's"?

36M. My standards are as follows:

Beautiful-- I'm not going to put a number on it, but the kind of beautiful where if you meet random men or women they embarrass themselves a little bit blurting out how beautiful she is.
Intelligent/charming/witty-- I'm not interested in the kind of intelligence that's heavy on knowledge and highly concentrated into narrow technical fields (why I don't typically date doctors), but in the kind that produces quick, agile and curious minds within general social interaction.
Artistic-- should have at least one passionate endeavor related to art or creation, although a serious interest in other people's art (like an art history buff) would suffice in its absence.
Open-minded-- we don't have to agree, but we do need the capacity to find things we disagree with something more like "fascinating!" than "repulsive!"
Introspective/philosophical-- I need to surround myself with people who really know themselves. Nothing turns me off as quickly as when someone explains their behavior with "it was random," "it's just who I am," or "it's just how I was raised." I also don't want to deal with people who don't see themselves how they really are, or who have two faces--you know, people who need therapy but also don't believe in it.
Ethical-- I need someone who tries to be good. Someone who puts actual thought work into what being good means to them and how to practically achieve it.
Social-- Even when I find all of the above in an introvert who just wants to stay home, it doesn't work out.

I'm sure there's more. This is a good start, though.
