what does the Bible say about being assulted?

I hope she doesn't choose to forgive. Christ sends a sword; it is right and good to wield it. Christ only counseled forgiveness after YHWH, God without limit, annihilated nation after nation for dishonoring him. There is no dishonor worse between two human beings than to violate the other's freedom and autonomy, of mind, of body, of spirit.

Remember, to be truly forgiven, one must be truly repentant. God says "if thine eye offends thee, pluck it out" - to truly repent, this rapist, ideally, would sever his parts so that there can be no further offense. She can't forgive because he wants to be forgiven; she cannot offer forgiveness until he is truly repentant, and contrition isn't so simple as an expression. It's nothing he can say. It's agony, fire, and ripping.
