What does it feel like to be in love?

I've been with my wife for twenty years. Love changes. To begin with it's the most awesome natural high that you've ever known. I will always be thankful for those early days, for having known that kind of love. I used to think about her all the time. I only wanted to be with her. She was literally all I needed. Making it last is hard work though. When you start a family together you build up so many commitements and responsibilities that you actually become dependant on each other. You need each other to make different parts of your own lives work. I certainly still love my wife, but I feel a pressure now to keep it working. To not change too much. To keep it going.
