We know from a Sahih Hadith that the Prophet (SAW) said women are deficient in their intelligence (source). I thought that was what the meme was referring to.

We also know that the testimony of two women is equal to the testimony of one man, that the blood money of a woman who is killed is half that of a man, and the inheritance of a woman is half that of a man. The husband is the head of the household and has the right to discipline his wife, including physically if need be (although this is discouraged).

It’s not Fox News that is on biddah, it is “liberal/feminist” Muslims who want to shy away from saying what Islam actually teaches as agreed upon by all four schools of fiqh. They want to dilute down Islam’s teachings because of secular humanist morality preaching gender equality, when, according to Islam, there is no valid source of morality except the guidance of Allah and His messenger (SAW).
