Monday - Friday:

4:55 a.m. - Roll out of bed, take a morning piss, turn on my computer and log-in to work.

5 - 7:00 a.m. - I'm working.

7:00 a.m. - Walk downstairs to turn on the coffee pot that I prepped last night, let dogs out and feed them.

7:15 Make me breakfast, pour myself a cup of coffee and drag it upstairs while I work.

7:15 - 11:00 a.m. - I'm working.

11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - Lunch break, which is usually me going for a walk and/or taking dogs out (sometimes for a walk)..

12:00 Grab some food out of the fridge and bringing it upstairs.

12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. - Work and end my work day at 1:30 p.m.

1:30 - 2:00 p.m. - Go get a shower, shave & take a dump.

2:00 p.m - 8:30 p.m. - Varies. Usually 1 - 2 hours involve getting something done like chores, a hair cut, going to the grocery store etc. The remainder is free time, whether it's working on my miniatures, playing video games, watching TV / Movie with my wife, playing cards with my wife etc.

8:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. - Go brush my teeth, prep the coffee pot, maybe take another dump and go to bed.

Weekend, I still wake up at 5 a.m., might work for 1 - 2 hours and after that it varies depending what me & the wife have going.

Thankfully I work a job that I can perform at home. This eliminates my commute & prep time and easily saves me 2 - 3 hours A DAY. Over time isn't a real requirement either, so 40-44 hours and done. I can't really complain about work / life balance. I'm getting a good 6 hours every work evening to do what I need to do or want to do.
