What don't you like about VR?

Have you played Half Life Alyx? What did you think about the movement there? I felt like they put a lot of effort into locomotion. There was one area where you have to climb through a hole at the bottom of the wall, and I actually got down on the floor and did it, and as stupid as it sounds, it blew my mind how cool of an experience that was.

I find that VR works best when you can literally just walk around, but I don't usually have nearly enough space to do that, so I'm mainly "teleporting" and that definitely breaks immersion. Especially when I find myself spending too much time trying to "align" myself within my real-world space so that I can comfortably reach out to pull a lever or push a button without knocking stuff off my desk.
