What Drives Left-Wing Jews To Support Palestinian Causes?

This is a big question that's difficult to answer properly as there is no 'one' left-wing individual who represents all left-wing ideologies. However, from what I have seen and read on this specific question before, the left loves identity politics. In the eyes of the left, Palestinian's are seen as weak and oppressed because their skin is brown. Israel then becomes the oppressor because "Jews have white skin," ignoring the fact that Israel is made up of over 4.5 million Mizrahi Jews (Middle-Eastern born Jews); who in most cases have darker skin than Palestinians.

You also have various movements such as LGBTQ movements and BLM movements who piggyback off of the Palestinian cause in order to garner more support for their own cause. This is why you see weird signs at LGBTQ protests that read "LGBTQ for Palestinians" even though Palestinian leadership murder and imprison homosexuals on a regular basis.

There's a bit more to it, but the left are fanatically obsessed with colour.
