What is the dumbest thing a customer has said to you?

Let me order a Steak, Chicken, and Shrimp dinner combo, but I don't want Steak or Chicken. Give me extra shrimp instead.

"You mean, the large Shrimp dinner, right?"

No, I want what I said.

"Okay, then." Inputs order

*Large shrimp dinner is given to customer"

Excuse me? Why are there only 12 shrimp in this dinner? I paid for a full combo, i should've gotten triple this much! (A large shrimp dinner is supposed to have 12 shrimp. I only charged her for a large shrimp dinner because it was $2.00 cheaper than the combo with multiple meats. That one comes with 6 shrimp, as well as a steak and some chicken.)

Customer continues to reason that because she took away the steak and chicken, she should get triple the amount of shrimp we gave her. I try to reason with her but she just keeps getting angrier.

Manager comes, sees dilemma, gives customer 24 extra shrimp, telling me the "Customer is always right"

WHAT THE FUCK

So, this woman not only walks out with 36 entire large shrimp along with the other sides for her dinner, she only pays $2.00 extra for 24 shrimp. Does my manager not care that we're being taken advantage of?
