What do you eat for lunch?

I make a big batch on Sunday and have lunches for the week to reheat at work. Here are lunches from the past few weeks:

  • Gordon Ramsay's Malaysian Curry but with tofu instead of chicken, and no fish sauce obviously. Served over race, I rate 10/10.

  • Basic French Canadian split pea soup (split peas, onion, garlic, salt and water) and bread. Decent, I rate 7/10.

  • Black Bean Burritos with Nooch sauce. My burritos are just onion, garlic, beans and corn with a can of chipotle. I rate 9/10.

  • Maangchi's "Dobu Jorim" recipe, served over rice. Pretty good, I rate 8/10.

  • TVP tacos using alton brown's taco seasoning mix recipes and some rehydrated TVP. Decent, but shit for lunches because the corn tortillas go stale fast as fuck, and it's really messy to eat at work. I rate 4/10 for work lunch, 8/10 for home meal.

  • Tempeh sandwich with lettuce+tomato+"mayo". Just pan fry the tempeh ahead of time it's pretty easy to assemble before work.
