No, you cant kick someone because they don't talk or just talk shit, you can report him for racism very easily and i am going to do this for you since u seem incapable of reading the rules and FAQ, because if you would have you would have known that this is very easy. I don't agree you should be able to kick someone for how they use the mic since this is a open league which everyone can join and enjoy.

you can kick for: Repeated intentional team flashing Repeated intentional blocking Repeated intentional suicide Repeated giving away of teammates position Ghosting teammates position in chat

If you don't like how someone talks etc, mute them. This the problem with every open service like ESEA/FACEIT. I have no clue what "flaw" youre talking about honestly. Youre acting like this is a major problem not being able to kick for some reasons on ESEA when faceit does not allow you to kick at all. You act like you should be allowed to kick people for how they use their mic. none should be kicked from a game unless they intentionally screw over everyone in the team by blocking, team flashing etc. Using their mic in a certain way is not doing this.

This post is obviously a circle jerk thread because if the "flaw" every service ever has had, not esea but ofcourse you specifially out esea in the title, dont act like you actually tried to get him banned before you made this thread because the game is like 5 hours old by now.
