What exactly can Michigan Law Enforcement see when they run a driving record off of a liscense?

yeah. I am a little butt hurt. And I wonder what my file actually says. I'm a safe driver and I'll argue with anyone. Working anywhere else, I'm certain I wouldn't have those 4 tickets, and now I'm curious what impression that might paint of me if I'm ever pulled over again.

Rumor is that the cops in this area get to keep a percentage of ever ticket as a bonus.

I don't know if I believe that. i actually really doubt it, but I keep hearing it from locals.

The bahavior does seem to support then claim.

They'll pull someone over for practically anything. Very much things you'd hear about in others areas of the state. They don't make small talk or bother to ask for registration or proof of insurance. It's just a quick ticket that's modified so its nearly impossible to challenge and then their gone.
