What exactly is Capping?

You guys use an audit feature on the bins? Under the IMS system years ago, I would either dump the bin or move everything around to free up space, same item in 8 different places because people would just plug shit in without putting it front to back. I find it all, place it with like items front to back, and just re-audit everything in to correct it. turns 4 8 foot sections 3 bins tall which are all full into 4 8 foot sections 4-5 bins full and enough space to just drop shit in by the pallet load. Should still have correct on hands.

Of course, doesn't help when 6 in a case x 6 deep says 36 in the backroom and some dumb ass who can't read a label scans the first box ignoring the other 5 cases which are dick deep to the back wall of the building.
