What fad outlived it’s expiration date?

Companies aren't required to be revolutionary all the time. It's rare a company is revolutionary once--Apple has been at least three times with the Ipod, Iphone, and Ipad. Apple is a success because they make products people want and can use easily, and the Iphone is a quality product. All Mac devices are user-friendly like butter to work on.

I'm sure some people want one of the expensive Iphones for status reasons, but if the phones sucked and weren't easy to use, people wouldn't buy them in the long run.

I understand holding a belief, but to call a revolutionary company that's been around since 1976 a fad and actually believe it might require some deeper thinking.
