What is a family recipe that has been handed down over the years? And are you willing to share it?

Grandmas meatballs are the best meatballs ever made, and of course ingredients aren’t exact!

Meatloaf mix (pork, veal, beef) 3 handfuls of Italian bread crumbs 3 handfuls of grated Parmesan 6 eggs (YES, SIX!) Handful of parsley Three cloves of garlic sliced super thin Salt and pepper

Mix everything up by hand. If too wet, add more bread crumbs. If too dry add either 1.) more egg or 2.) little handfuls of water LOOSELY pack into balls (if too tight they dry out), slightly larger than a melon baller. Add olive oil to a pan, once hot add a few test meatballs. Fry on all sides. Try them to see if anything needs to be tweaked. Make the rest!

If making sauce, add them to the sauce to finish cooking after slightly browning, along with a few spoonfuls of the oil.
