What do you fear the most?

Becoming hospitalized and kept 'alive' indefinitely from some injury or illness, with no hope of ever recovering.

Unfortunately, shit like what happened to Hisashi Ouchi is extremely common.

Keeping people 'alive' and suffering for a few more months or years is super profitable, as long as their insurance pays up. Even more so, 'alive' and incapable of understanding what is happening to you. Well, even if you beg to die, you're automatically considered to be 'depressed', so your opinion is invalid.

Just hour after hour, day after day, month after month, kept in a hospital. Full of tubes and wires, maybe even on a respirator. A catheter up your pee hole. Drip drip drip. Beep beep beep.

Every hospital is a cacophony of constant opening and slamming of doors. Clattering and stomping in an echoing, an acoustical hell. Only one of the MANY ways every hospital is a hell.
