What feedback do you give your manager?

I kind of view him as the leader of the direction of our team, main negotiator with other teams, roadblock remover, and process optimizer (like trying to cut down on meeting overhead).

That's a good link for sure. I feel like we talk about all of those things naturally (other than career advancement since I'm not interested in being promoted at the moment), but its always the same things each week. Been 2 years and feels like the constant injections, meetings,etc. haven't really improved. I don't really blame him since there isn't that much he can do about it though, but it seems kind of weird to have a 30 minute meeting each week that is pretty much the same as the last week.
