Verthunder and Veraero are the ones you dualcast. Jolt is your absolute last resort when you don't have any other procs. You should instead use Impact (even if you do have procs and the Impactful buff is about to expire) or fish for procs by Swiftcasting Verthunder/aero. The gauge only needs to be at 80/80 to perform the full single-target melee combo, but one side should be at least 1 higher than the other to force a proc on the lower side when using Verholy/Verflare to finish the combo. Corps-a-corps and Displacement should also be used on CD barring specific situations where you want to move or stay put, so you actually have 4 damaging oGCDs to keep using.
