What do you use for joint health (preventing joint pain/keeping tennis elbow at bay)

Yes. I used to suffer from inflammation and joint pains, but I healed myself. It wasn't easy but I am in peak health now and enjoy life. I eat a diet high in fat (pork, beef, fish, anchovies, chicken & lots of organ cuts) with a lot of varied vegetables (cucumber, peppers, home fermented vegetables, peppers, onions, garlic, dark leafy greens, avocados, ginger, carrots, seaweed (I eat all these veggies everyday)) and a little seasonal fruit. Only starch I eat is organic white rice, yams and potatoes. I also chill and reheat rice and potatoes for resistant starch to cultivate healthy colonies of microbes in my gut.

Almost all inflammation is from imbalances in the gut. He needs to figure out what he is eating that is causing it. The usual suspects are wheat (remember most of the world's wheat is dwarf wheat) and dairy. Another cause is diets that are high in carbs and low in fats. If he cuts out wheat and dairy, fixes his carb and fat intake, while eating plenty of vegetables especially dark leaf greens high in fiber, he will most certainly relieve his inflammation and joint pains.

But I understand, people don't want to hear that. I also didn't want to hear it. It's too difficult with the lifestyles we lead. So we say take a fish oil pill because it is hard to eliminate processed foods with preservatives and emulsifiers that aggravate our digestion and cause leaky gut which leads to inflammation.

I, however, decided to change my lifestyle and philosophy on life for my family. I now have great regular digestion (long and thick log every day) and have healed my fatty liver, IBS, eczema, acne, inflammation, joint pains, and depression. My body has never looked better and I am full of energy with a positive mindset. I also sleep 8-9 hours a night. When I ate a bad diet, I could only sleep 5-6 hours. I have developed systems at home to prep these foods to prepare in an easy manner while making sure they are healthy and taste good. It was hard but it was worth it.
