What to take for a more youthful look on the face?

Strong androgens and especially 'dry' roids like winny and mast are going to make you look older. I guess high dose of any gear will do that too.

Being unhealthy, as high bp, skewed t:e ratio, fucked up liver will make you look older..

Nandrolone doesnt do much for skin look. Eq is better, anavar too. Primo is unrivaled, its not gonna make you looking much younger, but your skin will look beautiful.

Otherwise source of growth hormones are your best bet. Even as less as 1-2IU of generics or 200mcg ipamorelin or 25mg mk677 will have noticeable effect in few months. The older you are the more notable. If you use more it will come faster.

I wouldnt bother with any of this until you have 'natty' routine done. Its like trenning up and not lifting otherwise. I am fucking with this for more than five years.. so mine is:

laroche effaclar creams and soaps as skin care routine (aderma and other pricey ass stuff is good to, but this one works for me best), cheaping out doesnt work with creams and shit, i have tried for years before i gave up finding cheap that works as good

For supplements (IMO if you don't use these you dont give a fuck enough, because they work swell i longterm) vit B complex, spoon of fish oil, vit D3, zinc, hyaluronic acid, little of selen, chondroitin sulfate + msm + glucosamine

Otherwise clean and healthy diet should be matter of course. If you have any allergies get that pricey allergy test (+-1000$, bloodwork results are few pages long..) because most likely you have some cross food allergies too and it can easily fuck with complection and acne. Cut out all dairy for 3-4monts completely, then reintroduce to see change, it works for a lot of people (and me despite not dairy allergie or intolerancies..)

VitC does jackshit.

Laser treatment and such works, almost as good as gh, but its pricier and last less. So maybe if you are scared of cancer.

Micro dosing botox works great, my friends mum runs it for almost decade and it doesnt give frozen face if you do it right. But i would leave this to 40+yrs olds

For UV protection while not looking like cancer patient i microdose mt2 (40-80mxg per week) and little bit of tanning (think 5min per week in bed where others spend 15-20.., in summer i dont need to) which gives me that slight tan look. For day2day i use UVscreen version of laroche cream.

tretin, retin and alike IME have worst bang:buck ration from stuff that works.. i mean it looks good but for short time, then its not better than chondro+msm+gluco gainz
