I was a little pyro-maniac. I once set a 5 acre field of dry tall grass on fire behind my parents house that was connected to about four square miles of a forest area. We just called it "the woods". I was playing with a lighter and thought nothing of how fast dry grass would spread once I lit it on fire. I ran into the house and grabbed the pitcher that we used to make kool-aid in and filled it up. By the time I ran back the fire was about as big as a football field. I ran into the house crying while filling up the pitcher again from the kitchen sink. Mother asked what was wrong and I just pointed in the direction of the fire. My whole family ran out there with Rakes and a garden hose. My dad prevented the fire from spreading into the woods by raking a line around the fire to keep it from spreading. I will never forget the ass beating I from both my parents. Then I had to take two flower watering cans and wet the field the rest of the day into the night.
