If i had to buy one of these games , i would totally go for Stardew. Its a very relaxing game I play after work or just for chilling. Not stress, no bad teamates, no mechanical skill required, no rage quit.
Odyssey is after all a same assassin's creed game, very similar to the Assassins Origins, so i wouldnt buy it.
Binding of Isaac , if you want a bit more challenge to your games and difficulty, but i think its an unfair game, depending mostly on luck.
Haven't try Ark yet because i think is very similar to minecraft.
Anthem on the other hand is a multiplayer , and at this point i havent got time to actually grind on a game.

So Stardew it is :)
