What games can I play for 100+ hours?

This might sound a bit odd, but it has a lot of features from several games you mentioned, so hear me out:

Transport Fever 2

I never would have believed that I'd play this game for hundreds of hours, but it's surprisingly good. There are several cities on a map, that you have to help out in different ways. Either transport goods, from factories scattered across the map (cargo transportation), or take these cities' inhabitants to wherever they want to go (public transportation).

Either way, you'll see the cities that you care about grow and expand. It's like an AI building several Cities: Skylines-like towns, and their growth depends completely on you. It even have the trio of Residential, Industrial and Commercial districts, just like in C:S, except it's not you who build these. But as they grow, they'll have more and more needs, and occupants, so you'll need more and more vehicles/routes to do your job.

It's also about efficiency, just like in Satisfactory: you have to pay attention to have the right amount of vehicles to fullfil the needs of the cities and factories, but be careful not to overdo it, as maintenance costs are your greatest enemy in the game, and having cargo trains run around the map half-empty can make you bankrupt easily. You have to be creative with your routes, and build the supply-lines smart

And lastly, it somewhat has that progression that Rimworld/Valheim or Minecraft have: With your starting budget, you'll start out with one or two really pathetic steam-trains, and some horse-drawn carriages, and as your wealth grows, and time passes, you'll eventually have an armada of trucks, high-speed trains, jetplanes and freighter ships passing through the huge ports/trainstations/airports you built, while watching the megacities you helped thrive.
