What do you genuinely just not understand?

how someone can get to weigh like 4,5,600 pounds. I'm skinny, I'm too lazy to eat. But let's say I start eating right, whatever. I'd be a normal weight. Say I start eating a little TOO much, I'd hit like 200 pounds. Then say I hit like 250, I'd be about 100 pounds over my normal weight and be like, 'wow I'm fat as hell'. How does someone go from that to like 3, 350, 4, 500 pounds, and MORE? I mean at a certain point don't you say to yourself "holy shit I'm fat as heck, I have to lose some weight?! and/or start working out? or both?!". The children with fat parents who were never taught a good diet, I have a lot of leeway and sympathy for. But for others who were normal weight well into teen years... how the fuck is everyone just so fucking fat? I mean the majority of people are fat as hell it seems! Like, 250-300 easy. How the hell do you let your body just go like that, knowing you look disgusting? I guess I genuinely don't understand that.

Probably why people don't understand why I look like a skinny wuss basically. "Dude, why the fuck won't you just eat more?". Is it probably them thinking that to me while I'm thinking "Dude why won't you just eat less?". I guess I don't understand how everyone is so damn fat. You have to know at a certain point you're just too fat. Why don't you/they change something?
