What do you genuinely think will happen in the U.S.A if Roe v. Wade is overturned?

Only a hard line 20% of Americans want the ban all abortions. That number really hasn't changed over the years. What has changed is now they constantly like about what Roe is. Which is a compromise that most people agree with when listed out.

Even though only 20% want all abortions are illegal bout half of Americans will say they're pro-life, even though the actual pro life stance is ban all abortions. That's the level of disinformation out there.

During the first trimester, governments could not prohibit abortions at all Durring the second trimester, governments could require reasonable health regulations During the third trimester, abortions could be prohibited entirely so long as the laws contained exceptions for cases when they were necessary to save the life or health of the mother.

And of course abortions are not legal if the fetus is viable outside of the womb. Which btw has moved up earlier and earlier has medicine has improved. Right now fetus could be viable at 24 weeks if lucky. Although long term health problems are common.
