I think you got it backwards. The average gamer that just plays learns from playing the game themselves. All you have to do is READ the description of your gear to learn how to put together a build. It’s not rocket science. That combined with experience playing and realizing what works and what doesn’t, then adjusting to compensate. Want weapon damage? Use all red weapon damage cores. Want skill damage? Use a skill tiers. Want armor? Use all armor. It’s literally the description of the gear. No translation or critical thinking involved.

The brain dead ones need to browse for builds, and go on Reddit/YouTube to have somebody else do the thinking for them because they can’t read or are too lazy.
