I was going to write this over a year ago but here we go.
Instead of the entire crowd waiting for 1 or 2 guys setting up the global foundation you should throw the ball to the community to get organise and EARN the right to sit in the global foundation (and get yourself some time to sort it out).
Make a post asking shibes to:
Set up their OWN (legally registered ) local national foundation/association per country/state.....
Each national foundation will need to have its own ACTIVE subs/community forum...
To sit in the global Dogecoin foundation you should be a member of a national legally registered foundation and nominated by them.
You don't need to dox anyone sitting in the Global foundation as they are already on the document of their national foundation
Some criteria have to be imposed to avoid someone registering some association and getting a subs without any real community behind that. They have to be active and a large community and a very active forum/subs (we have tons of national subs here that are dead).
The only one that qualifies right now is the Chinese association guy. With a registered association, a registered charity and a buzzing forum. This has to be replicated in other countries and shibes need to start working locally.
If this is not done NOW, by the time you finish sorting out the foundation they wont be anyone around here apart from fulvio55 wasting ink on bold fonts :)
Registering the foundation in the US was a silly mistake because some people couldn't be bothered to listen and I know that have nothing to do with you. Having said that, the global foundation should be just an UMBERELLA/SHELL for nominated/elected local members to sit and discuss. As you know that could be setup in the UK, fully compliant (crypto is not recognised as money and not regulated by the FSA) and have it up and running in NO TIME.
That wouldnt require all that legal framework already crafted as all it requires is 2 or 3 permanent custodians (name on the bank acc, sign documents...) and a board of nominated/elected heads of national foundations.
Crypto is about decentralisation and that's how it should be. If the global foundation get shot down by some rogue state it will emerge somewhere else as it is no more than a shell.
