Islam is not a religion of absolute peace, in times of war, such as the verses from chapter 9, muslims can wage war to defend themselves. It is funny that you bring me no context to these verses, the verse following 9:5 is;

9:6 And if one of the idolaters seek protection from you, grant him protection till he hears the word of Allah, then make him attain his place of safety; this is because they are a people who do not know. 

But the fault lies with me, I asked for a Verse or Hadith which condones what they did and what you have done is cherry pick the very same verses these people are brainwashed with (verses which pertain to times of war and acts of treason), so I ask again but this time I ask you to bring a Verse or a Hadith that condones the way our brethen were killed which was a suicide attack in a civillian populated area. You won't be able to do that because of these following verses:

O you who have believed, do not consume one another's wealth unjustly but only [in lawful] business by mutual consent. And do not kill yourselves [or one another]. Indeed, Allah is to you ever Merciful.

And whoever does that in aggression and injustice - then We will drive him into a Fire. And that, for Allah, is [always] easy.

(4:29-30)

The next verse is the verse preceding 5:33 which you quoted above

Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land - it is as if he had slain mankind entirely. And whoever saves one - it is as if he had saved mankind entirely. And our messengers had certainly come to them with clear proofs. Then indeed many of them, [even] after that, throughout the land, were transgressors.
