What is a “green flag” that someone is a good person?

I'm consistently amazed by the # of people who think being nice to service people = good person. Are there really people that are not nice to service people? We hear about random celebrities that do dick things to waitresses but IRL I've never seen a service person be treated badly by literally anyone.

For me the most obvious thing is dependability. People who keep their word and don't flake easily. Many of the people I respect most in my life, when they give their word, they follow through and if they cannot they apologize profusely. It suggests to me that they understand the impact of their words and shows a bit of honesty to their character.
