“Progressives”

Don’t get me wrong, I agree with many stances considered “progressive”. But the name implies all other opinions are behind in someway. Like one of a child or an ignorant tribe. Or like an older sibling to a younger one. And many self titled progressives are quite ignorant but still walk/talk like they are better than everyone.

I just wish they had a different name, because they behave more like a religious cult than a people working towards a better future for all. I have a feeling many of these folks are descendants of the proverbial “bible thumpers”. They want to exterminate entire groups of peoples beliefs and replace them with their own. And will accept nothing less.
