What do you guys think of the new monster bash update?

Double damage and sheild is my next favorite combo

Yeah, it strikes a nice balance between survivability and damage. It's great that they added a Martial emblem so all classes can use it (though, considering no class uses both physical and magic, the only reason to make them separate items is to double-dip on the cubit/credit cost -_-)

For soloing Uber 5, I'm liking the pair on the Elysian Jug vial. The lower charge count only matters in Treasure Isles, and is mostly made up for by the fantastic value of the full heal. Then again, I tend to not pop my flasks until I'm at less than 20%, as opposed to "spamming" them for the buff. It makes sense that I'd undervalue flask charges, compared to some other players.

What vial are you using?

Range on the boomranger is weak. The third shoot is only charged if it is the third consecutive primary shot. Luckily it doesn't require the others to be hit.

I'm really liking melee. Max damage, max attack speed makes the class ridiculously powerfully compared to some others . . . most others, actually.

As for power1 I find it lacking in luster. As others have said it takes to long and deals way too little. Plus if used to say, start the fight, it will agro the enemies and they will have plenty of time to move outta the way. Is more effective to melee them to death than tank them to the bomb goes.

Yeah, I don't think it's designed for damage at all. It's for taking shortcuts and cheaply removing traps. The other abilities provide enough damage, utility, and "variety" to make up for it.

Also, it's fun to mine with, and occasionally it's even efficient. You can toss it below some Infinium, then move on to the next node immediately. Sure, it's "less convenient" than crafted bombs, but it's also free.
