What do you guys think the odds are that nonessential businesses will be closed soon, and when?

I would rather see number of customers limited than all out shutdown.

My barbershop already closed which sucks because I need a haircut, I saw other states are closing them as non-essential. I think it would be fine though if we just waited in our cars in the parking lot, get haircuts one at a time, and the barber/stylist should sanitize the area after each visit.

It just seems unfair to me to put these people out of jobs, whereas I have a very much non-essential job but it's able to be done remote so we won't have to shut down. I know the $1000-2000 bailout is supposed to come but that won't cover months of lost income. With the right safety protocols we can all but eliminate the spread and still keep some economic activity. But they do have to be strict - the goal would be to basically make sure nobody coughs or sneezes in anyone else's proximity since that is by far the biggest risk factor. Hell maybe we should all be forced to carry towels and it's a crime not to cough or sneeze into those, and once that happens they have to be burned every time.
