What do you guys do to try and keep your hair?

Eat meat everyday. Don’t purge it. Digest. I already wrote that under someone else’s post. You’re losing hair, cause you don’t get enough vitamins and protein. Meat is rich in nutrients and protein, that keep your hair healthy. You need those protein and nutrients. Supplements won’t help. If you’re afraid of eating meat because of calories, try organs like beef liver (best choice), turkey/chicken hearts/liver. It’s dense in nutrients, less than 150cal per 100g, should do a thing. If you’re not afraid, 100g of liver per day, though I don’t recommend eating more than 500g per week, excess vitamins can be harmful (like vitamin A, beef liver is rich with it). And some other meat for protein. Anything will do, chicken, rabit, beef, fish - whatever you like. Again, if you’re afraid of calories, steam it, roast or boil.
