What happened to the Highlands?

I agree but Wednesday did use to be black night at phoenix hill and it always brought rowdiness with it. Not saying I don't like blacks hanging out in the highlands. the highlands is very tolerating of others. I never care when I see a diverse crowd in a bar. But I do care when violence occurs for no reason. I remember one night I went to spinelli's pizza on wednesday. Well a gang shooting occurred in phoenix hill so police kicked everyone out. which lead to 100's of black men and women (drunk) running to cars to leave or to go get food at places like spinelli's. it was the biggest cluster fuck I have every scene. One guy standing in the street telling car after car "turn on yo lights homie" (everyone seemed shit faced.) a fight broke out in spinellis, I had black girls hit on me in spinellis, walkout to see police stopping 2 separate fights. then once back at my car I set in traffic forever as the police started forcing everyone to leave the same way to control the crowd. stuff like this the highlands doesn't need.

Its not just blacks either. that night just got out of hand and police struggled to control it. but sadly we have owners of places opening up that contribute to these actions or give a place of refuge for people who act this way. The more we let businesses open like this the more riif raff we will bring into the highlands. for example the indian guy who owns "friends hookah bar" has chased a man who got in a argument (not a fight just argument) outside with a gun. the man just keep running and the owner shot his gun in the air. people like these shouldn't own a businesses if this is how he handles things at his businesses. or the owner of "kahoots" who allows that riff raff to happen until it boils over into someone shooting a gun in the bar or drugs being sold in the bathroom.

these bars and their owners are allowing riff raff to happen. it will only get worse until bars take a stand and start kicking the rowdy crowd out (which is not just blacks, I have seen more asshats that were white at kahoots than any other race.) Also like someone mentioned before of a buddy who got knocked out at tap room. I also know someone who got knocked out in the back of tap room for no reason. Pretty sure it was white guys as well. race doesn't matter. some people cant drink because the become violent but they never are told you shouldn't drink until they have killed someone or destroyed a bar.
