What happened to the "Western States Pact" re: COVID19? Will WA follow CA's lead and shut back down? Should we?

The happy medium is everyone wears masks. The problem is the people who refuse. The only further step you can take other than shutting down, is starting to impose real consequences like fines or arrest. That's still hard to enforce though.

I heard about the case of the guy in TX who died after going to a COVID-19 party hosted by someone who knew they were infected. IMHO, that person should be charged with manslaughter at minimum. There are laws in TX and here that make knowingly infecting people with HIV a crime. They should amend the law to be for any
deadly infectious disease and make examples of people as necessary. It's about the only thing left to do at this point.
