He passed away 3 years ago in a tragic drowning accident. It was 19 years ago we dated and I was shocked at how hard it hit me. We didn't keep in touch after either. Just estranged Facebook friends. I have had his mom on Facebook and she is obviously just gutted, a woman of God and I saw her curse her lord. Her and I have had a few very heartfelt conversations, which seems unusual but it was cathartic for both. He was just an all around good dude. Kind heart, young love. I cherished that sweet 16 feeling, where we met at the beach and I happened to transfer to his school. It was just memories of simpler days, after his passing, I've cherished those memories even more. Thanks for reading, nice to talk about him.
