What happened at your work which caused multiple people to all quit at once?

I worked at a fast food restaurant. The owner was a retired business owner, super friendly, rumored to be a millionaire just owning a single fast food joint to have something to do. When he turned 80 he sold the place. The new owner's were foreign. That's not the issue but the managers had... hygiene and sanitary standards of a.... different culture from a eastern area. There were shoe prints on toilet seats, very obviously did not wipe their butts.. final straw was when they tried to force people to serve fries that are several hours old. Food would fall on the ground, pick it up and put it back on the tray.. infront of customers. All the local employees quite the morning of the second week. Health inspector called in the parking lot right after. Next day the store was closed, managers were sent back to be retrained. Then I heard they were fired by quality control or something. Store was sold back to local owners and has been great ever since.
