I always get annoyed with these comments because I figure the person should be over it and know better. I falsely assume everyone has had the same experience as me.

Then I remember that there is always new crop of people on the internet for the first time, for whom typing "God not real" (after making sure their parents are around, and being absolutely sure to delete their history afterwards) is the epitome of freedom and excitement.

And honestly, I'm happy for you. That's a rush you won't get again, a grand feeling of self-righteousness and enlightenment that you will later come to regret.

But for now, enjoy it. Ask that girl out in science class, and do that crazy thing that your parents don't want you to. You're only 14 once.
