What Is A Housing Emergency Really? - a discussion on our public golf courses

Let's take it even further. Let's ban private dwelling to 200 sqft per person. Just the basics. Shared bathroom facilities per floor, room for a bed, a dresser, and very high efficiency kitchen. Screw that. No kitchen, shared kitchen space to encourage social behavior. People with private kitchens will be charged a kitchen tax since we want to have people be more social. No windows. Totally banned. No one is better than anyone else, so views are out. All will be the same layout and paint colors. If bulldoze all existing homes and apartments, and build these units 60 stories high, Seattle will be able to house 1.3 billion people, and rent will be free, it will be covered by the oxygen tax.
