Start uniting nations and gain a universal police / government / law enforcement. and have basic human laws / product safety law / consumer laws across the planet.

Basically a European union that covers more than europe where we focus on developing the weaker nations and you can work anywhere, move anywhere and basically getting humanity under one banner. We might have politically different goals / groups, just like any nation, but if the individuals safety comes first, then thats a good start to fix the devastating effect we humans have on our environment and our inability to work on the future rather than stabbing each other in the back to gain a lead.
