What, if anything, annoys you about your favorite team's fan base?

Pete has that effect though, he's like your cool uncle who has lots of money but you're pretty sure he doesn't have a job and he has Vietnam stories that just put you right in that jungle, even though he's 45. God you guys are so lucky, he was the best. He has that quality about him that you know you will always have a shot to win, no matter how bad it looks. He's gonna pull an uncle Pete trick out of his back pocket, I always had faith in those half time adjustments. There is nothing better than that cocky sideways smile after a win, and nothing worse than that blank look of disbelief after a loss. You know what I'm talking about.

Well since I need to stop confirming what you're saying and get rid of this bulge, yes it's very easy to fall into that trap. Especially with a team gaining so much steam so quickly, hitting on an unrealistic number of late rounders and creating a system which seems absolutely ideal. Take cheap guys with a lot of flaws but one huge strength, fit them into your thing, bench your newly signed big money free agent quarterback for a midget rookie, win it all with spare parts and one game of Percy Harvin? I mean I would drink the kool-aid too, these guys seem like they've figured it out, right? This is why I don't get annoyed by Hawks fans nearly as much anymore, the SB brought those still in the emotional stratosphere about this team back down to Earth.

I was at USC vs. Texas, I've seen the Lane Kiffen bubble screens on third and long. I don't know how long you've been a Hawks fan, and you probably already know this... but just enjoy the ride while you can because this is such a fun awesome team, and this won't last forever. Pete Carrol is a football coach through and through, and a damn good one.

I'd imagine everyone sees him as this immaculate football genius, he tends to have that effect on people.

(sorry this was only mildly relevant)
